VisaLabs runs on VCMS

Our own consultancy is a VCMS customer.

VisaLabs prepares every file on VCMS, branded as VisaLabs. Independent agencies use the same system under their own names. Each agency's clients and data are walled off from every other agency, VisaLabs included.

Calculus Partners owns VCMS. VisaLabs and independent agencies each run on VCMS in separate, ring-fenced spaces. No shared client lists

VisaLabs sees no other agency's clients, prices or data, and no agency sees VisaLabs'.

Agencies set the terms

Each agency sets its own fees and process. VCMS collects only its subscription, never client money.

E-visas

E-visa processing under contract, on one desk.

The group holds e-visa processing contracts and runs every application through the VCMS e-Visa desk, from the WhatsApp questionnaire to the issued e-visa.

  • Filed by the agency or ordered through a licensed operator. Each application shows who files it.
  • Open to every agency on VCMS. The agency sets its own service fee and keeps it.
  • Checked before it is filed. Every answer in, passports valid, eligibility confirmed.

Legal structure

Calculus Partner Ltd, England & Wales, Company No. 16915015, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Calculus Partners (Pvt) Ltd is the group's Pakistan company.

Regulated advice

Where a destination reserves immigration advice to licensed practitioners, a firm authorised there is instructed and named to the client in writing first. VCMS gives no immigration advice.

Separation of duties

Client contact sits with the counter. File production sits with central case specialists. No one signs off their own work.

Fees

Professional fees are quoted separately from government charges, which are passed through at cost. No outcome is promised; every application is decided by the destination authority.

Data

Role-based access, two-factor staff sign-in and a full activity log on every case. Each VCMS agency's data is walled off from every other.
