Global network

A network of immigration law firms and licensed agencies

The group works with immigration law firms, licensed consultancies and registered agencies across the globe — instructed case by case in the destination jurisdiction, and named in writing on engagement. Immigration advice is a regulated profession in most major markets: where advice or representation is reserved to licensed practitioners, that work goes to a firm authorised to do it, while the group prepares, verifies and manages the file.

Relationships run in both directions. Overseas firms and agencies instruct the group for document preparation, verification and case management on files originating in Pakistan; the group instructs them for advice, representation and local filing.

01

Jurisdiction check

Before any work is quoted, the group establishes whether the destination reserves advice or representation to licensed practitioners.

02

Firm instructed & named

Where it does, an immigration law firm or licensed agency in that jurisdiction is instructed for the case and named to the client in writing.

03

Group prepares the file

The group prepares, verifies and manages the documentary file to the standard that firm requires, and remains the client's single point of contact.

Capabilities across the case lifecycle

01 · Coverage

Destination markets worldwide

Work, study, family, business and residence routes across our destination markets — each mapped to the destination government's own forms, evidence standards and processing reality, and each managed on one case system from assessment to decision.

Immigration casework · Corporate mobility · Education placement · Documents & legalisation

Destination markets worldwidePakistan — operations base
02 · Method

Separation of duties on every file

Branch advisers own every client conversation, collection and home visit. Central case specialists build the file to filing standard and verify independently what the branch collects. Nothing is submitted on one person's say-so.

Assess · Verify · Prepare · Review · Submit · Support

Case specialists at work
03 · Assurance

Independent review before submission

Every file receives a second, independent quality review before submission — automated date arithmetic and prerequisite checks first, then a named specialist's sign-off. A file that would fail is a file we decline to submit.

Second-reviewer rule · Automated prerequisite checks · Named sign-off on every document

Operations footprint

The group's United Kingdom company holds standards, partnerships and international relationships; the Pakistan company runs client operations through a branch network across the country's principal cities.

Technology

Technology-led, specialist-decided

The group runs on its own case platform, developed in-house around one principle: software should make files more accurate and specialists more accountable.

01

Route intelligence

A live dataset of 130 immigration routes, 411 named government forms and 582 documented process steps, maintained against primary official sources. The reference is always the government’s own form, not a summary of it.

02

Case management

A structured pipeline with service-level targets on every task, a full contact history, a fee ledger separating professional fees from government charges, and a complete activity log on every action.

03

AI, bounded

AI accelerates drafting, cross-checking and translation preparation. It never decides: every eligibility view and every outgoing document carries a named specialist’s sign-off.

How the group is organised

Legal structure
Calculus Partner Ltd — incorporated in England & Wales, Company No. 16915015, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Calculus Partners (Pvt) Ltd — Pakistan operating company.
Division of responsibility
Client contact sits with branch advisers. File production sits with central case specialists. Neither role signs off its own work — every file passes an independent second review before submission.
Regulatory position
The group does not hold itself out as a licensed immigration adviser in jurisdictions that reserve that activity. Where advice or representation is reserved by law, an immigration law firm or licensed agency in that jurisdiction is instructed and named to the client in writing before work begins.
Fees and charges
Professional fees are quoted separately from government and third-party charges, which are passed through at cost. Government forms and permits carry no lawful charge to the worker.
Data and records
Casework runs on the group’s own platform: role-based access, client data scoped to the team serving the client, two-factor staff authentication and a complete activity log on every case.
Scope of information
Material published by the group is general information, not immigration advice. Every application is decided by the destination authority on its own facts and merits.

Instruct the group

Private clients, employers and education partners are welcome to make contact. Initial correspondence is handled by the group and directed to the relevant division.
